From creating beautiful new homes in up and coming areas and filling a void we see in the market for such housing, to upgrading our client’s existing homes and places of business, our mission is to help redevelop Memphis into the city we feel it has the potential to become.
Brad is a former Chemical Engineer that grew up working in construction in Maryland. After moving to Memphis in 2011, Brad began fixing up and selling homes in various parts of the city with a special focus on the Vollintine Evergreen neighborhood where he renovated over 20 homes.
He is also a licensed realtor and is familiar with comps throughout the city. In 2021, Brad decided to pursue his passion in real estate full time. He became a licensed general contractor for residential and commercial and founded Inkan Builders. He also shifted the company's focus from flipping homes to new construction and contracting.
Brad lives locally here in Memphis and is passionate about helping to improve his city.

The first option is to select a stock plan from an architect that specializes in stock plans. These plans are tried and tested.
Stock plans can still be modified slightly for the customer and the buyer can still select all of their finishes like tile, flooring, and paint colors.
Select the land and we start building! This generally takes a few weeks and you'll get updates along the entire process. Before you know it, we'll be handing you the keys!
